We want you to love your lashes. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

How to Request a Return Email us at lashtech2026@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, opened or used lash products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
